Ingredienser
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml apricot liqueur we use Giffard abricot de roussillon
- 15 ml Cocchi Americano
- 30 ml blanco tequila we use olmeca altos
- 50 ml sparkling wine
Instruktioner
- Skaka alla ingredienser tillsammans utom det mousserande.
- Servera med is i ett högt highball-glas och fyll på med det mousserande.
- Garnera med en rörpinne och en mini-discokula.
