My name is Debora Bonora. I am an Honologist and Classic Method Master wine; I spent 4 years of my life in Stockholm, and since then there is something that links me irreversibly to Sweden. I work now as export manager for a consortium named Diwinexport which counts 12 small Italian wineries that have deep respect for geographical and territorial diversities in common. The philosophy combining all the producers is the creation of value in every single steps of the production from soil to bottle: Values in terms of environment, territory, human resources, bio-diversity, rural beauty and hard work. Bio-diversity is what I would like to write about; I would love to explain in a simple way the deep differences between wines from the north of Italy to down south, and how in within a couple of kilometers it doesn’t just change dialect but even the way the wines are made.

And it is Italy to have the most biodiversity wine with well 453 different types.
