Sthlm Food & Wine is, together with the Baking & Chocolate Festival, the obvious meeting place for everyone interested in good food and drink. Amateurs and experts come here to try new dishes, learn about exciting drinks and taste the latest. Filip Poon, who broke through in Sweden’s master chef already at 18, is one of the fair’s food profiles. Today, he is one of Sweden’s biggest food inspirers with a large following on social media. Filip will cook new dishes from his latest cookbook Asian Favorites . Filip will also teach visitors how to steam at home without using steam.

Filip is in good company, there are many famous food profiles coming to the fair. The program includes Jessica Frej, Khadija Mohamud, Dennis Yen, Camilla Hamid, Zeina Mourtada and more. Emma Brink Rask from Brinken bakar, is on the back stage every day during the fair.
– I’m looking forward to meeting all the lovely people who I otherwise only talk to digitally and to share our common baking joy. During the fair, I will share a lot of tricks that I have learned about baking cakes and also talk about the many pitfalls that exist and how to avoid them, says Emma Brink Rask.
Sthlm Food & Wine is organized together with the Bake & Chocolate Festival on November 11-13 at Stockholmsmässan.
